Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to or using Form4Intel, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, Refund Policy and Financial Information Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Form4Intel organises factual public and third-party information and provides quantitative research tools. Scores, rankings, labels and alerts are data classifications only and are not recommendations, forecasts or assessments of suitability. Form4Intel does not execute or arrange trades, hold client funds or securities, or provide personalised financial advice.
3. Your responsibilities
You must make your own decisions, verify information using primary sources and comply with laws applicable to you. You must not use Form4Intel as the sole basis for a transaction or represent its outputs as professional advice. You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account.
4. Data and availability
Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, corrected or unavailable. We may add, change, suspend or remove features and data sources. We do not promise uninterrupted access, any particular coverage, or that alerts will arrive before a market event or price movement.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
Prices, billing periods, trial terms and renewal information are shown before subscription. Paid plans renew through the payment provider until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed charge. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
6. Permitted use
Your access is personal to your account unless a separate business licence says otherwise. You must not scrape, systematically copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, disrupt, bypass access controls or use the service unlawfully. Reasonable personal and internal research use is permitted.
7. Intellectual property and third-party material
Form4Intel branding, presentation, scoring methodology and original software are protected intellectual property. Public filings and third-party data remain subject to their respective rights, terms and attribution requirements. Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement.
8. Risk and liability
Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. To the extent permitted by law, Form4Intel is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect loss or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, misuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment or legal necessity. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time through the available account or payment controls.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies. Questions may be sent through the contact page.
