Information we collect
We may collect account and profile details, contact and support messages, subscription status and payment-provider references, watchlists and alert preferences, referral details, device and usage information, and security logs. Payment card or bank credentials are handled by PayPal and are not stored by Form4Intel.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide subscriptions and requested features, deliver alerts and service emails, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, diagnose problems, measure and improve the service, meet legal obligations and maintain business records.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, email and payments. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own safeguards and terms. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Form4Intel may use essential storage for login, security and preferences and limited analytics to understand site use and reliability. Browser controls can restrict some storage, although doing so may affect account features.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes and comply with law. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update account information, change alert preferences, unsubscribe from marketing or sample emails, and request access to or correction of personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or billing purposes.
