Free trial & 30-day money-back guarantee
Form4Intel's free trial and voluntary money-back guarantee are separate. The free trial lets you use Pro before the first charge. If a first paid charge later occurs and you are not satisfied, the 30-day guarantee gives you an additional period to request a refund.
PayPal does not charge the regular subscription price during the trial. Unless you cancel first, recurring billing begins after the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and the regular plan charge is not due.
The 30-day guarantee starts only when the first successful paid charge occurs. It does not run during the free trial.
Eligibility. The voluntary 30-day guarantee applies once per customer/account to the first successful paid charge on a first paid subscription. The request must be received within 30 calendar days after that charge.
How to request it. Use the Contact Form4Intel page and select Billing. Include the email address used for the subscription and enough information for us to identify the payment. Do not send card, bank or password details.
What happens next. Once approved, an eligible payment will be refunded through the original payment channel where practicable. The associated paid access may then end when the refund is processed.
Cancellation without a refund. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. Where a customer has already paid for a billing period and no refund is issued, Form4Intel intends to keep access available through the recorded paid-through date.
Repeat subscriptions and abuse. The voluntary change-of-mind guarantee does not reset by opening additional accounts, resubscribing after a refund, or repeatedly purchasing and refunding access.
Your legal rights remain. This voluntary guarantee is additional to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees. Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict those rights.
