Referral program terms
Referrals must be genuine new Form4Intel customers using the participant's unique referral link. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, spam, misleading claims, impersonation, unsolicited bulk messaging and paid advertising that misrepresents Form4Intel are not eligible.
A qualified referral is a new paid subscriber who remains active after the applicable 30-day money-back period. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or chargeback subscriptions do not qualify. Form4Intel may verify eligibility before applying a reward.
The one-year reward is a Form4Intel service membership benefit, not cash, investment compensation or a reward for recommending any security or financial product. Participants must not present Form4Intel research as personalised financial advice or make claims about investment returns.
Rewards are normally applied within 5 business days after validation. Form4Intel may change or end the program prospectively, but already-qualified rewards will be honoured subject to these terms.
